Sadiaa Haque is the product manager at BRAC International Microfinance (BI MF. She leads product innovation across BRAC International’s portfolio of seven microfinance entities in Africa and Asia, with a specific focus on women and youth living in poverty in rural and hard-to-reach areas. In this capacity, she provides guidance to country teams in developing and implementing strategies to achieve BI MF’s product innovation goals around agrifinance, youth finance, and savings, among others. Collectively, existing and new products in these markets serve over 750,000 borrowers, 97% of whom are women. Prior to her work in microfinance, Sadiaa led learning and partnership management for the BRAC International Humanitarian Programme and provided technical support to BRAC’s Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme for Rohingya refugees in Cox’s Bazar.
