Tito is a manager in the Financial Services Strategy (FSS) practice at Genesis. He is based in Nairobi and leads the team of FSS consultants in this Genesis hub. He also leads the policy and regulation community of practice in FSS. Since joining Genesis in 2017, Tito has worked on diverse consulting projects with various clients in the financial services and digital economy spaces. One of his focus areas has been agricultural finance where he has been involved in feasibility studies, human-centred design of agri-finance products, strategy development for agri-finance institutions, and the evaluation and impact measurement of agri-finance initiatives targeted at smallholder farmers. His clients include development finance institutions, government ministries, departments and agencies, foundations and digital financial service providers, among others. Tito has an MSc in Economics and Finance from the Barcelona School of Economics (Spain) and a BBS in Financial Economics from Strathmore University (Kenya). He is fluent in both English and Swahili.
