His passion is to drive technology solutions with positive impact to both businesses and societies including implementing new digital products, leading Digital Transformation initiatives, and steering IT resiliency and operation efficiencies.

Deo holds a bachelor’s degree in Computing and Software Engineering from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in Business Administration (Professional MBA) from Georgia State University – J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Mr. Massawe is a servant-leader with years of progressive experience working across diverse industries, business domains, and global companies including T-Mobile USA, IBM (FileNet), Avanade Consulting (Microsoft & Accenture Joint Venture), and Microsoft Inc. in various capacities ranging from a Software Engineering to a Senior Management. His expertise includes Product Development, Enterprise Software & Infrastructure implementation, Digital Transformation, Technical Program Management, Release Management, Change Management, Consulting, IT Operations & Governance, Team Building and talent Development. In his spare time, Deo enjoys watching and playing sports including Squash, Tennis, soccer, and Basketball; and explore international travels.
