Abrhame Endrias has more than 16 years professional experience in agribusiness and enthusiastically promotes ‘one stop digital solution’ to smallholder farmers among which is a Agri-tech platform known as ‘Lersha’ since 2018. Lersha is an Amharic word equivalent to the phrase ‘for agriculture’ and represents the desire to fulfill the agricultural needs of smallholder farmers through innovation. The platform allows smallholder farmers to access farm inputs, mechanization service and agro climate advisory. Abrhame and his team closely work with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia and are very passionate about entrepreneurship, digital finance, climate change and last mile distribution.
Abrhame has MBA degree from Addis Ababa University and Business Leadership Certificate from Purdue University.
