Adwoa has worked as a project manager, communication and brand strategist and now as a COO. She has a decade worth of experience in people management, an experience she pulls onto each day. She thinks that teams can be powerfully effective under the right leadership and with the right support. That is why she spends most of her time eliminating roadblocks and engaging her team to make it as easy as possible for them to perform at their peak potential. Adwoa is committed to supporting and prioritizing women and other marginalized groups always by amplifying their voices and work, and supporting them in whatever capacity they need.

She believes that there is no I in team because that would be such a weird way to spell that word. However Adwoa believes in the collective power of organizing, community, accountability and teamwork.

When not busy with work and life in general, Adwoa can be found here sharing her love for food, culture and women. Her life’s motto is “ support and believe women, always.”
