“Alex leads program, partnership and design strategy for IDEO.org’s Nairobi studio. As a systems designer, her work focuses on building programs and interdisciplinary design teams, setting the creative vision and theory of change for projects, identifying the systems-level strategy for design interventions and their local integration, and nurturing strategic partnerships while bridging capacity with local partners.

Prior to IDEO.org, Alex led the Global Equity portfolio (education, health, financial inclusion) for IDEO’s open innovation practice, designing programs focused on refugee inclusion services, vaccine immunization and racial equity in education.”
