Chloe is a management consultant with over 15 years of experience in international development research, policy and practice, spent mostly in fragile and conflict-affected areas of the Horn of Africa. Chloe coordinates the SPARC Innovation Research Facility and its efforts identify, amplify and scale innovation in the drylands of East and West Africa in partnership with a wide range of policy makers, innovators and investors. Chloe holds a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Masters in International Development Management.
