Florence Kariuki is an Agriculture and Rural finance professional, with 15+ years of experience in Banking, Climate finance , Consulting ,Project management and International Development . She has championed development of organizational capabilities for Agri finance departments for Financial Institutions in Kenya, Malawi and South Sudan.

She is currently the General Manager Food and Agriculture Pillar at the Equity Group Foundation where she manages Social Impact Programs.
