Mike is the Regional Digital Manager for the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and manages the FinWise Programme. FinWise is a US$54M programme across six countries (Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi) that uses financial tools and digital technologies to extend finance to micro and small enterprises including small holder farmers. He has field experience in over 25 countries across Africa, Asia, MENA, LatAm and the South Pacific. His work focuses on leveraging technology and finance to alleviate poverty around the developing world.

Mike attended the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, receiving a master’s degree in Development Economics & a graduate certificate in Science, Technology & Environmental Policy.
