Nneka Enwonwu is a dynamic professional serving as the Country Managing Director – Nigeria at Hello Tractor, where she strategically drives growth and oversees operations within the country. With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, she is a strong advocate for gender mainstreaming and women’s economic empowerment, championing initiatives that support women’s advancement in various sectors such as healthcare, agriculture/agro-processing, oil and gas, education, and financial services. At Hello Tractor, one of the areas she focuses on are initiatives aimed at fostering inclusivity and empowerment among women and marginalized groups. Before her role at Hello Tractor, Nneka served as the Country Lead for the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE), a Dutch Government initiative focused on enhancing decent work prospects for youth, with a particular emphasis on ensuring equal opportunities for young women. Her extensive professional journey includes collaboration with reputable clients in the private, public, and international development sectors, including DFID, FCDO, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, World Bank, and the IFC. Nneka holds a master’s degree in International Business (with Distinction) from Aston Business School, Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Lagos.
