Paul Kweheria is the Managing Consultant for Quad Tee Corporation – a project management and advisory firm specializing in inclusive finance.  He has over 20 years of experience in financial services across commercial and development sectors across the Eastern Africa region. 

Paul supports various development and commercial organizations to design, develop and implement financial products and services targeting smallholders, agribusinesses, MSMEs, young people, women, and refugees. 

Paul previously worked for Mercy Corps as the Team Leader for NUTEC Financial Services which was a blended finance facility funded by FCDO (UK AID) and implemented by Equity Bank Uganda targeting agribusinesses in Northern Uganda. He was previously the AgriFin Accelerate Tanzania Country Director where he led the Mercy Corps team in providing digital and information services targeting smallholder farmers in partnership with an array of ecosystem actors. Paul previously worked for over twelve years in various management roles at KCB Bank Group.  

Paul currently supports Mercy Corps AgriFin in Uganda. Most recently, under his leadership, Quad Tee has also successfully completed access to finance engagements for smallholders using the Systems approach in Uganda; provided project implementation support for the Young Africa Works program; supported platform economy engagements with FSDU; amongst other engagements.
