As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Rodger oversees the Agricultural Development, Financial Services for the Poor, Global Education, Nutrition, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene programs, which each year pays out approximately $700 million in awards.

In this role, Rodger leads foundation efforts to combine policy change with science, technology, and business innovation to:
▶ Alleviate hunger and poverty for millions of farming families in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia by sustainably increasing agricultural productivity.
▶ Make high-quality digital financial services accessible to hundreds of millions of people living in the poorest parts of the world.
▶ Promote foundational literacy and numeracy skills among children of primary school age in Sub-Saharan Africa and India.
▶ Develop and deliver groundbreaking advances in sanitation products and services to people in the developing world.
