Rosalie Dekker works as an Innovation Manager at IDH, an international organisation that convenes, manages and finances large programs with multinational and smaller companies, governments and civil society organisations in fifteen different industry sectors around the globe. Rosalie focusses on the topics of agricultural finance and investments, dedicating the majority of her time to supporting the IDH Farmfit Fund, a public-private impact fund for smallholder farmers.

Rosalie joined IDH in 2023. Prior to that she worked as a Strategy and M&A consultant at KPMG and as a Sustainable Finance Associate at the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank FMO. Rosalie holds Master’s degrees in Finance and Financial Management, and in 2023 she obtained the “Advanced Master International Development” at the Radboud University.
