As Acumens Head of Government Development and Partnerships, Magdalena leads on Acumen Climate Resilient Agriculture pioneer investment initiative – Trellis and manages bilateral and multilateral government partnerships and programmes focusing on gender lens investing, youth employment and climate resilience. Prior to joining Acumen, she was Head of Tech and Innovation for the UK International Development Department (FCDO/DFID) leading on private sector partnerships investing in innovation and technology. She has over 25 years experience working in a range of leadership and technical roles in International Development across Africa, MENA and Asia, working for funders such as UK FCDO/DFID, leading on innovation, climate, renewable energy and agriculture and tech advisory, thought leadership, strategic partnerships and private sector development and investment.
