Rosalie is an Innovation Manager at IDH, where she focuses on agricultural finance and investments. She currently leads IDH and Rabo Foundation’s joint programme on scalable data-sharing frameworks for smallholder access to credit. The programme examines how private-to-private data sharing between agribusinesses and finance providers can improve risk assessment and unlock credit, and under what conditions it creates a viable business case for the actors involved. Since joining IDH in 2023, her earlier work centred on learning and insights for the IDH Farmfit Fund, a public-private impact fund designed to increase smallholder farmers’ access to finance. There, she developed learning frameworks, authored case studies and led sector research to generate actionable insights for the Fund and Agri-SME finance more broadly.

Before joining IDH in 2023, she worked as a Strategy and M&A Consultant at KPMG and as a Sustainable Finance Associate at the Dutch Development Bank (FMO). She holds Master’s in Finance and Financial Management and completed the Advanced Master’s in International Development at Radboud University in 2023.
